Privacy

Roleweave stores the smallest amount of data needed to do its job, and nothing you give it is shared with employers or third parties for their own use.

What is stored

• Your account — an email address, managed by our authentication provider (Supabase). Sign-in is by one-time link; there is no password.
• Your master profile — the contact details, experience, education and skills you enter, kept against your account.
• Your applications — the job text or link you supply and the documents Roleweave generates from it.
• An uploaded CV file, if you import one, in private storage tied to your account.
• Job Radar preferences and matches, if you turn Job Radar on.

What is not stored

The Quick check and Keyword pull tools run entirely in your browser. Nothing you paste into them is uploaded or kept.

Processing

Job postings and your profile are sent to Anthropic’s API to extract requirements and generate documents. The company dossier feature also performs web searches for the named company. Job Radar queries a job-listings provider (Adzuna) and sends digest emails through an email provider (Resend).

Deleting your data

The settings page removes your profile, every application and document, your Job Radar data and your sign-in. The deletion is permanent and immediate.
